How to ask (to get the best answer)
+
Include these 4 details
  • Goal: what you want to happen
  • Device: Windows / Mac / iPhone / Android
  • Where: the app or website name
  • What you see: the exact error message (or a photo)
Example you can copy
"I'm on Windows 11 using Chrome. I'm trying to sign into my bank website. After I enter my password it says 'Something went wrong'. I already restarted Chrome and tried Incognito. What should I try next?"
Fastest tip
If the screen shows an error, a clear photo of the whole message is usually the quickest fix.
