Remote Access Check
This helps you find remote-control apps (like TeamViewer / AnyDesk) and remote access settings. You can also choose to remove them.
Before you start
- This runs on your computer. It does not give anyone access.
- You only paste results here if you want help reading them.
- This is not a virus scanner — it’s a quick check for remote-control apps and settings.
How to use this (3 steps)
- Download the checker and run it (it only gathers basic info about remote-access tools).
- Copy/paste the output into the box and tap Analyze.
- If it looks risky, tap the help button and we’ll guide you step-by-step.
Example (what the output looks like)
Example output (shortened): - Detected: AnyDesk - Service status: Running - Startup: Enabled What you’ll get: a clear answer if it’s normal vs suspicious, plus safe removal steps.
Step 1: Download
We recommend the one‑click download. It runs the check and shows results in a simple window.
Choose your computer
If you don’t see the download, look at the bottom-left of your screen
It usually appears as a small bar with the file name.
What it looks like
Look here
Don’t worry — downloading does not install anything.
What to do after you download
- Click the blue Download button.
- Open your Downloads folder.
- Double‑click: AIITPRO_RemoteAccessCheck_Windows.bat
- Press S = Scan only (recommended), or U = Scan + Uninstall.
- Copy the JSON between BEGIN/END JSON and paste it on this page (optional).
Step 2: Paste results (optional)
After you run the tool, it prints a block of text that starts with BEGIN JSON and ends with END JSON.
Paste that here and we’ll explain what’s normal vs risky.

If something feels confusing or scary, don’t guess. We’ll walk you through it.
Tip: If anyone told you to install a remote-control app so they can “help you,” that can be a scam. We can help you remove it safely.
